The situation on Ukrainian whey market remains quite favorable for sellers. Exports is active, the number of free warehouses is small, prices are rising – INFAGRO.

During last month whey price in Ukraine has risen and continues to rise further.

The fact that the market does not put pressure by extra volumes is confirmed by the increase in whey export shipments. In June it was exported the volume of nearly 3 thousand tons from Ukraine, which is 19% more than last year.

An important role in exports increase  played the growing supply of goods to China. This country has become a major buyer of Ukrainian whey:  34% of the export volume in June.
