European traders work actively over reduction of prices for Ukrainian casein. It is understandably.
After all, when European casein costs less than USD 9000, and price for product from New Zealand is declined to USD 8200 /t, it is absolutely not favorably to pay the former price for Ukrainian products.
Now technical acid casein is valued at USD 8000-8300/t. Even at such prices it is more favorably to produce casein than SMP. Therefore manufacturers will trade even at such considerably decreased prices. In September production and export of casein will be still active.
Slight decrease of external sales was observed last month (to 840t). Geography of export was considerably expanded.
