While Russians are fighting against European and Australian products, milk season is going down in the country.
The companies work more actively on keeping of raw zones, as nobody wants to lose volumes of milk for processing as winter promises big profits for them.
Farmers have felt an increase of demand for milk and have started to increase the prices. Average prices of milk in the end of summer are at RUR 16-20/kg in Russia. From September they will probably be changed. In the beginning of the months the price will grow at least by 5%, and will strength further.
In general, there will be further growth of prices for milk and dairy products on Russian market. Rates of increase will depend on supply and on purchasing power of Russians.
