Producers of fresh milk products continue to trade actively in June, as the season of holidays has not begun yet.
At the same time there are problems with deliveries to Crimea. Though Crimean authorities changed mind and asked back the products from continent, not all suppliers managed to solve the problem with payments. In June Ukrainian hryvnia is withdrawn from circulation. And it is absolutely not clear, how the situation will develop in second half of summer as Russians threatened to enter rigid control of import of Ukrainian products from July. Most likely, many Ukrainian producers will not be able to supply Crimea with dairy products during seasonal holidays. Partially therefore production of fresh milk products will stop the growth in July.
For now the sales are not bad. Some companies even continue to increase the prices.
In the middle of June leading manufacturers offered in trade: 2.5% milk in cheap pouches at UAH 7.7-8.5/l, 2.5% kefir – at UAH 8.8-9.7/l, sour cream (15%) – at UAH 18-21/kg, curd (9%) – at UAH 40-46/kg.
