Ukrainian dairy producers are in economic blockade of Russia.

On the one hand, Russia blocked deliveries from Ukraine and even there were serious problems with transit to other countries.

On the other hand, Russian sanctions became the reason of weakening of European market. That worsened conditions for trade of Ukraine with far abroad.

Now there is a small hope of partial settlement of the situation, even renewal of small purchases of Ukrainian production by Russia is possible. The optimism is based on relative truce in the east and on delay of implementation of the EU-Ukraine association agreement until the end of 2015.

Moscow has seen a certain victory in that and it can become more permissive in trading wars. Such forecasts are still rather unclear, and Ukrainian market will stagnate anyway because of Russian attitude.
