“Olgopil” agricultural company headed by Pavlo Kalenich, launched the new Villa Milk dairy plant under the trademark of the same name.
The milk processing complex is located in the village of Katashyn, Chechelnytsky districts of Vinnytska oblast. The peculiarity of the enterprise is that it has a complete production cycle – growing of feed, keeping the dairy processing of raw milk and production of the final dairy product.
A modern European-style dairy farm with automated milking process and a high-tech milk processing plant with modern equipment of Tessa (Israel), allow to achieve high-quality produce.
In accordance with the requirements of international standards, the enterprise has implemented a system for managing food safety DSTU ISO 22000.
The capacity of the enterprise is 5 tons of milk per shift. Six types of dairy products (milk 2.5% and 3.2% fat, kefir 1% and 2.5% fat, ryazhenka and sour cream) are produced. In the future the assortment will include yoghurts, butter, soft cheeses and cheese.
